Contest 1: Thunder from Fenris

Okay so today is the big day...we are opening up the mybattalion contest zone! So what does this mean to you our loyal members...free booty!!!! (aka loot). So as i try to find a way to fairly distribute goodies I figured we would start with a nice simple contest...So this is going to be nice and easy you have the chance to win the new audio book, "Thunder From Fenris", by Nick Kyme...here are the rules!

1. You must be a registered user of mybattalion.com (don't worry its free)

2. Pick a random number between 1-2000 (first person to post their guess gets the number)

3. Post your guess in a comment to this article.

3. You wait until saturday evening where I will run a seeded random number generator, I will roll 3d6 and run the random number generator that many times, the guess closest to the number that comes up on the last try will win!

4. If a tie occurs, (two numbers are equidistant from the generated number) I will conduct a seeded tiebreaker.

So thats it! Sign up, guess a number, and win!

Contest will go thru saturday at noon central standard time, winner will be announced sunday and contacted for shipping information.
